Show merge status

[Huddie]

Users should be able to see the merge status even if they themselves are not about to merge the PR. Just so they know if there’s a conflict, if it passed tests etc.
This is available on github but not githawk.

Oh, interesting. So the unit is totally disabled if you’re not a collaborator or whatever right? So we need to instead always show the unit but dynamically show the merge button?
