Dropdown in Accordion, not shown fully

I have accordion with a drop-down inside that is longer than the Accordion height. The issue is that the full list is not shown, I have tried various overflow css settings but I can not get it to overflow into the background.
Is this a bug or can I do this with some level of configuration?

This is just default behavior of the Bootstrap CSS, which can be fixed by setting .panel-group .panel to overflow: visible; instead of overflow: hidden;.

Cool, thank you. That seems to work. Is the fix indicated anywhere? There seems to be some outdated information (or maybe I misunderstood the comment I linked above) where people suggest setting .collapse.in to overflow:visible

@loarake I guess there are a lot of work-arrounds for Bootstrap 2.3 on the net and not all the post are updated to Bootstrap3.

No it's not indicated anywhere, I just tested this out. The issue you where referring was a bug for all content that was inside a collapse and not specifically for a dropdown. In you case setting the overflow on the .collapse.in wouldn't work because the parent element would block it anyway.

@pkozlowski-opensource Should we add those workarounds to a separate page in the documentation? I don't know if that would work and prevent these kind of issues.
