Cannot issue `move` command from one editor to the other if they are both on the same document

As far as I can tell the problem is that the document is in two different editors. runForEachEditor() therefore runs twice and tries to perform edits on the same document. To solve this we should realize that both editors use the same document and group the edits by document not editor.
