Support instrumenting DB spans for Prisma.js + Planetscale

Problem Statement

When using Prisma.js with Planescale DB spans are not instrumented, nor is their useful metadata in the planet-scale HTTP request, e.g., query structure.

Solution Brainstorm

Option 1 (preference)

Figure out how to emit DB spans when prisma makes calls to planescale HTTP endpoint.

Option 2

Include additional useful information, such as query structure, in HTTP request to Planescale.
