Missing actions toolset in hosted server: is the hosted MCP up to date?

Is the hosted server at https://api.githubcopilot.com/mcp up to date with this repository? I’m unable to find the actions toolset when connecting to it. Specifically, I don’t see any GitHub Actions workflows or CI/CD operations available. I'm using @modelcontextprotocol/inspector to inspect the available tools.

the master head is ahead right now, and we have to create a new release.
We will improve the process to avoid confusion in the future.
