Hide deleted file contents in diff #18811

Feature Description
I think the contents of deleted files should not be displayed in a diff.
Either the file could be collapsed by default (like currently done for generated files), or it could be lazily loaded with a "Show File" button, like currently done for files that are too large. Not sure which of these options fits best.
