Description
When referencing another commit in the title or the body of a commit message, the hash is not rendered as a link to the other commit. Neither short hashes nor long hashes work.
This is a regression from a previous Gitea version, but I don't know when this stopped working. #32492 could be the culprit, making the bug appear during the 1.22 to 1.23 upgrade.
