[SYCL] Removes redefinitions of macros in libclc (#3505)
Libclc defines a number of macros from OpenCL. With the OpenCL header now implicitly being included, these have become macro redefinitions and cause warnings. They are obsolete and can be removed. Signed-off-by: Steffen Larsen <[email protected]>
