Looking at this as I'm about to add a WriteCRC32 class

https://reviews.llvm.org/D44647 adds a WriteCRC32 class (which currently matches WriteFAdd as that was what CRC32 instructions are tagged as), once that is in place we can insert more realistic values for these (and probably Zen as well).

This was fixed a long time ago shortly after we added the WriteCRC32 class
