We recently implemented a set of rest services using the python-oracledb and FastAPI. We migrated these from ORDS (Oracle Rest Data Services). We are seeing a high wait event "SQL*Net more data from dblink" in one of our services where weren't previously seeing this in ORDS. This service doesn't use a dblink so i'm not sure where this error would be coming from.
