I was unexpectedly renewal github Copilot due to a bug of github

Hello team, I once reported a bug in the community before, i encounter a 404 page of my homepage after login in.At that time, I also paid attention to my bills, but they all showed that I hadn't subscribed. And after some days i fixed it by clear my local sessions. But i didn't I didn't look at my bill again. Today i received the Copilot renewal billing.
It's really bothers me. Can anyone help me return my money.It's not my fault, it's caused by a github bug,I think the team should position the bug and fix it.
