Github couldn't detect my location on chrome mobile

I'm at my campus but it asks 'why you are not in campus', so I can't apply correctly to github education pack.

Log out, log back into GitHub and try again, if the application is still rejected even though you are on your campus, it's possible that GitHub has your school location wrong, in which case you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.
