Specify if the node class has common reference semantics #22
Description
Command reference semantics are defined for most SYCL runtime classes, and are also defined in the SYCL_EXT_ONEAPI_GRAPH extension for the command_graph class.
We should specify whether the sycl::ext::oneapi::experimental::node class also has common reference semantics, which would be my first thought, or not.
