Flex widget not working properly (also rest refresh wicked slow) #6258

Current Behavior

Added a flex widget and it is not working properly, and also strangely
Originally when a conditional was added, the page simply was left blank, but when the conditional was removed it stayed horizontal as set.
When I added the responsive values as per the tutorial video back as paort of the bug demo video it then reloaded but was not applying the responsive flex values properly
Also the loading was insanely slow slash possibly broken and it wasnt my internet speed which was tested live.

flex to flex with responsive values
