Guide Branding

We want the Guide branding to encapsulate the "field of imageomics" as a focus for the collaborative science guide framing since it's not meant to be a complete guide to collaborative science, but one focused on the areas covered by Imageomics and ABC.

Thinking rename to "Collaborative Science Guide", with header along the lines of "Welcome to the Collaborative Science Guide of Imageomics and ABC". Introducing it as-is with the added statement that it contains guidelines for both the Imageomics Institute and ABC Global Center.

That seems a little broad, unless other collaborative science guidance is added there as well. But we could brand it as something like Informatics Team Science Guide.

Summary from our offline discussion:

• This repo will be set up as a base repository (template) for creating such a guide and we will have Imageomics-guide and ABC-guide forks.
  • @ieyriay will also consider how this could be applied to BIOSCAN to further test the personalization from our generalized setup.
• This will be renamed Collaborative-distributed-science-guide (we could add a note in the README that when forking, users can update the repo name to fit their use, though we will be doing that ourselves).
  • It will be a displayable site with the Imageomics-ABC combined logo (below), shared Code-of-Conduct, updated name, perhaps some description of the general guide/template on the homepage and definitely in the README, etc.
  • 
  • @egrace479 will lay out the steps to make this transformation in an issue, ensuring that the Imageomics-guide URL does not go dark for any meaningful period of time. This will also include forks, branches, tags, etc., and sub-issues can be generated from that once the process is agreed upon (these will all be added to the Generalize the Guide milestone).

I'd also like to update the color scheme so these don't look so much like every other MkDocs site--can be more custom to the Institute and Center (teal looked very much like one of the ABC colors) and they can change with light/dark mode as well.

@thompsonmj and I had a few "wait which site are we looking at" moments and thought it may be nice to customize a bit more so it stands out.
