[Feature request] An option to multiply or divide the velocity of the selected notes by a number

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there are commands that can increase or decrease the velocity of the selected notes, but no commands to multiply or divide them.

Describe the enhancement you'd like
Add an option to multiply the velocity of the notes by some number, for example, setting it to 0.5 would halve the velocity or setting it to 2 would double the velocity. Or it could be a percentage instead, like 50% or 200% instead of 0.5 or 2.

Good idea!
Although it can be implemented quite easily in v3.x, the macros need to be reworked completely, so I'll probably leave that for v4.0.
