feat(CdkMenuTrigger): Please allow passing null value, as is allowed in MatMenuTrigger

Feature Description

This feature request is pretty much the same as this one #24030 was for MatMenuTrigger. Please allow setting null also to CdkMenuTrigger.

Use Case

Allow conditionally setting menu trigger.
