chrome driver version pointing wrong version while do webdriver-manager update

• Protractor Version: 7.0.0

• Browser(s): 85.0.4183.83
• Operating System and Version Win10x64
• Steps to reproduce the bug
  Issue 1
  Step1: Do webdriver-manager update from CMD
  Step2: Go to the driver downloaded folder and double click and open the unzipped latest chrome version(chromedriver_85.0.4183.87.exe) and its pointing to 85.0.4183.38 version.

Issue 2: While running on the non-angular application getting error as "no such window" in random pages

Same issue has been reported in the angular/webdriver-manager repo: angular/webdriver-manager#472, but no answer yet.

This is breaking builds for us, any suggestion?

Thanks, also we absorbed that for the non-angular application page loading is not get identified getting error like "no such window" but the page is loaded properly. Since all the scripts worked without any issue before the update.

I think I resolved the issue in this commit angular/webdriver-manager#426
