Update markdown parser

Currently, a static dependency (stmd.js) is responsible for parsing markdown. This should be updated to the commonmark module, which is the latest incarnation of stmd.js

Should be a simple drop-in replacement. I can't imagine it would be too difficult. The main thing is making sure there isn't any other references to stmd.js in other repos.

It's not in any other bit-docs plugin.
