Inf-clojure doesn't show arglists correctly for Planck

Expected behavior

When overing over a fn in a Planck cljs buffer, the message in the mini buffer is e.g.:
split-at: (core/and (seq? quoted-sym)

Actual behavior

I'd expect to see the arglist for split-at
