CI credential file packaged into helm chart

there is a JSON file that is inadvertently included our helm chart. steps to repro:

helm pull coder-logstream-kube/coder-logstream-kube
tar -xzvf v0.0.8.tgz
```

this is a security finding on behalf of a customer.
