Generate docs for app + all dependencies #589
Description
It might be interesting to generate all the docs for an app, including its packages. I could see someone working on a plane or with spotty network connectivity. It would be nice to offer a single command that generates all the docs they need to work on their app.
Should probably also generate the SDK docs, as well?
