This PR represents a huge swath of changes and ultimately resulted in a major version bump for OData versioning support. Among the many changes, the internal mechanics have been completely overhauled and simplified. The ASP.NET Core implementation for OData now supports Endpoint Routing. The specific bugs, features, and breaking changes will be addressed in the releases. Given the large number of changes, an interim beta release will be used for burn-in before promoting the changes to an official release.
