Document the configuration needed for each client

Description

It's very hard to find out how the config section should look like for each client. I had to dig through the code and see that it looks for keys that are the named as the client's ctor parameters.

Each DI method like AddDocumentAnalysisClient<TBuilder,TConfiguration>(TBuilder, TConfiguration) should list exactly what keys are expected.
