FLASH数据丢失，0XFF000地址数据如何定义，每一位代表什么 (GIT8266O-872)

该bug发生在多个（5个左右）原本正常运行的模块中，出现问题后读取模块日志显示如图

程序不能正常启动，

我们对比了出问题模块与正常模块的FLASH数据，发现不正常的模块FLASH中0XFF000地址往后的4个字节被清除了，如图

五个模块都是这样，我将出问题的FLASH读出来的数据，仅将0XFF000地址后4字节的数据填回，再烧录进去，模块就可以正常运行
因此目前确认问题是出现在这个地址区域，但未找出如何复现该问题，所以想问一下改地址区域的4个字节分别代表什么。
