increase MAX_DATA_BYTES to 64

This change has already been made in the configurable branch but should be applied to master as well. The hardware serial buffer is set to 64 bytes so this should be acceptable: https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/blob/master/hardware/arduino/cores/arduino/HardwareSerial.cpp#L59.
