Personally I don't find it useful to see merged PRs in my notifications so it would be handy to be able to omit these with a filter. Perhaps checkboxes for open/draft/merged, possibly added to the Reason section?

I'm not sure if having each as a State Filter will be useful, or whether supporting only the main ones with an Other catch all would be sufficient

Yes that looks perfect! I would be happy with it as shown personally.
