About the display of organization list

Feature Description

If I have enough organizations, the current Profile page displays an unlimited list of organizations (no paging), and a blank page will appear on the right. I think we need to improve the display effect.
For example

1. Display only the first 15 organizations, and a hyperlink to jump to the list of all organizations
2. Display a list of all organizations by paging
3. Add an item to the tab bar for the organization list
