Support for lastCommitMessage

Feature Description

Now we can get lastCommitSha, lastCommitterDate and lastAuthorDate from ContentsResponse or ContentsExtResponse.

Could we add lastCommitMessage to make it include a complete commit response?

I think this is a good idea.

I think all the includes params in contents-ext should be also supported in the batch file-contents API:

• commit_metadata
• commit_message
