Passing empty apiKey

Problem
As developer which is refreshing my web page quite frequently, I would like to pass an empty key to not to change my billing with additional costs.

Solution
I would like to loader pass successfully an empty string as an apiKey, as it is in deprecated @googlemaps/loader package.
