Loki does not display on which line and on which symbol the error is

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Started Loki grafana/loki:3.5.0
2. Started Promtail (SHA or version) to tail '...' -not use promtail - Alloy
3. Query: {} term

Expected behavior
Loki display on which line and on which symbol the error

Environment:

• Infrastructure: [Kubernetes]
• Deployment tool: [helm]
