Feature Request: Deploy to device button #391

Description
It would be awesome to have a deploy to device button next to the run button, so users (especially students) do not need to use the Command Pallet to deploy each time they update their code.
Not as important, but would be cool if there was a button the opened the simulator and ran code there.
