Suggest to provide Chinese error message

Hello,
I am a Chinese TypeScript developer.
I write the code, if there is an error, the information is prompted to present in English(please look at the picture below)。
Suggest to provide Chinese error message for the Chinese TypeScript developer code.
I know Visual Studio provides Chinese error messages, but I don't want to use Visual Studio.

@mhegazy You mention that VS and tsc.exe have localized errors. What would picking up localized error messages in VSCode involve?

We need to:

1. Make the localized messages files (.json file for every language) accessible to you, possibly through npm
2. VSCode needs to pass --locale with the intended localization culture.
