Is there any way to override OpAMPBridge CLI values?

I install opentelemetry-kube-stack, but I think there is no way to not use default value of some fields:

listen-addr
kubeconfig-path
heartbeat-interval
name

These values always overriden by CLI command.
Is there anything I might have missed?
