No Access to Student Pack #162693

Hi everyone,i've signed for the github student developer pack and has been approved. But now, three days have passed, and it says my application is still under procesing why? Isn't it within 72 hours? |

well...72 hours is just a ballpark, and GitHub plus all those partner services each have their own backlogs (weekends and holidays can drag things out too). Make sure you’ve confirmed your student email and clicked through any partner invites, keep an eye on your spam folder, and if you’re still stuck in “processing” after about five business days, ping GitHub Support and they’ll usually sort it out......should.. |

just go straight to https://support.github.com/contact , Go with the “GitHub Education program or benefits” option—that’s where the Student Developer Pack questions should live i think lol....if it works can you mark it as an answer please? thanks XD |

Even though GitHub says approval usually takes up to 72 hours, sometimes it can take a bit longer — especially if there's a high volume of applications or something needs to be manually verified on their end. Since you've already been approved (you mentioned that part), but the pack still shows "under processing," it might just be a delay in updating your account or syncing with partner services. Here’s what you can try: Log out and back in to GitHub, then check the Student Pack page again. Clear cache or try a different browser just in case it’s a display issue.
