Backend test coverage

• 40% coverage
• 60% coverage
• 80% coverage
• 95%+ coverage

Push back to 2.1 release.

I can probably get this done moderately quickly but I'd want to refactor forms out first ( #193) as the test load would be substantial there.

Again, I would never do this at work but since this is a personal project and not mission critical, and the code has been proved to work since phpdocker.io's initial release, it's not essential for 2.0
