Credits Page?

Should we have a credits page to credit the people who have put time into the Reference?

Would have to pull in both the contributors to this repo but also the contributors to the reference before it was its own repo.

We still want to extend Thanks to all the other repos; that would give you one automatically.

IIRC I did the right git thing so this is already done; we should double check though!

Something to keep in mind: Some people need to have some kind of evidence of their work as part of their employment review. For example, in academia contributing to the Rust Book might be considered scholarly or educational activity that a professor would want to put into their tenure review. It is part of how they justify the time they contribute to the project to their employer.
