Take user input when use `Run` option

I propose to add an opportunity to take user input in Build results when using Run option.

This would be quite difficult, as the build results view doesn't support interactive input in that way. For now, I would suggest using Terminus if you want an interactive view in Sublime. You just open a shell and type cargo run.
