`install_configuration_table` is missing on `BootServices`

Hi there (again me…), I am doing DeviceTree fixups using DTFixup protocol (I will PR the protocol when it's in an acceptable state).

I just realized that I need install_configuration_table to finish the operations: https://uefi.org/specs/UEFI/2.9_A/07_Services_Boot_Services.html (mentioned here as a misc boot service).

This issue is to track this missing boot service, I might PR myself in few days if I have some time.
