Sphinx-1.5.5 release plan

Hi maintainers,

Unfortunately, major bug (#3597) was found in Sphinx-1.5.4. It fails to build the document which is able to build with v1.5.3. So I will ship a bug fix release within a day (if no bugs more).

Note:
I know #3597 is raised in a bit rare case. so it might be a minor bug. But, historically, sphinx is used for the documents of python programs. So I feel it is minor, but important bug. so I described it as "major bug".

Please let me know if you have opinion.
