create Maven BOM for Spring Batch modules

It would be nice to have a BOM for spring-batch like for spring framework, spring security etc:

If using spring-boot is an option then go for 'spring-boot-starter-batch'.

Arthur Portas the starter dependency management only works if boot plugin is applied (or it's Maven equivalent). For library modules that don't produce executable jar, the version has to be specified too with each starter. A BOM can help avoid that.
