Due to a glitch in the release process, we had to bump the patch version from 4.2.3 to 4.2.4.

4.2.3 has been superseded by 4.2.4 which is now released: https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-batch/releases/tag/4.2.4.RELEASE.
