Incorrect reference to SimpleJdbcTemplate in reference documentation

The [End-To-End Testing of Batch Jobs](https://docs.spring.io/spring-batch/docs/4.3.6/reference/html/testing.html#endToEndTesting) section of the reference documentation refers to `SimpleJdbcTemplate` which was removed from Spring Framework. The documentation should be updated to use `JdbcTemplate` instead.
