stumpy.config.STUMPY_EXCL_ZONE_DENOM not wroking

Hi, The stumpy.config.STUMPY_EXCL_ZONE_DENOM config seems not working in version 1.11.1. I set it to different values but always having the same results from stumpy.stump function. Could someone help to check?

@lxs0202 Thank you for your question and welcome to the STUMPY community. Can you please provide a minimum reproducible example that demonstrates the problem you are having to see if we are able to see the same thing? Otherwise, it is hard to debug this without more information.
