[make:entity] no more autocompletion on repository methods

Since #1520, autocompletion on results of base ServiceEntityRepository class (find(), findOneBy(), findAll(), findBy()) is not working anymore on PHPStorm.

My setup :
PHPStorm 2024.1
Symfony plugin 2023.1.271
ORM 2.19.5 (same issue with ORM 3.x)

I resetted my PHPStorm config (File > Manage IDE Settings -> Restore Default Settings) and it solved my issue.
