多选Select组件选择多项时报错

可以尝试一下用文档里的removeIcon 和menuItemSelectedIcon插槽覆盖一下自带的图标，类似这样：

            <a-select
              mode="tags"
              v-model:value="tag"
              :options="options"
              @change="onChange"
            >
              <template #removeIcon>
                <span>x</span>
              </template>
              <template #menuItemSelectedIcon>
                <span>√</span>
              </template>
            </a-select>

可以用其他的icon，这里用的符号代替，但不能用ant的icon，我是这样解决的。
