Package linux arm64

In order to support linux arm64 in Core Tools, we will need the python worker to publish linux-arm64 packages.

This issue is a request for the python worker to add linux arm64 builds.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to support win-arm64 for Python right now. The reason we do builds for each OS / arch combination is to pull in the appropriate gRPC build, which is platform dependent. Python's grpc does not have a build for win-arm64 at this moment (only x86 and x86-64), so until it does, this will not be supported.

linux-arm64 is still supported though, and we're targeting to have this in with the next host release (Func43 or Func44 -- not sure if Func43 has already been cut yet).

Okay that's good to know, we can always open another issue to track win-arm64 and just use this for linux.

@hallvictoria If you can get me a worker build I can test it via docker. If we want to do it with the host it might be a bit more effort. But essentially we have a feature branch for this feature/linux-arm64; and in there you can build and run linux-arm64 core tools:

Workflow

• Set the runtime to linux-arm64 in docker compose:

• Build and run: docker-compose up --build -d && docker exec -it func-cli bash
• From inside the container you can use func and test the python worker

Testing new worker build

So before running the above workflow, we need to get the worker build into the container. I'm sure we can build all the parts locally and setup a local nuget, then update references to the worker package and host package. But I think it might be quicker and easier to just get the worker build and update the Dockerfile to copy the worker folder into cli/workers/python - likely after downloding the templates:
