  • Adds a flag so _lldb.pyd has the expected name for the installer
  • Remove restructuring of _InternalSwiftScan now that the swift repo outputs to that location.
  • Uncomment building of toolchain.wixproj

Dependent on swiftlang/swift#64364 and swiftlang/swift-installer-scripts#179
