[ASAN / AArch64] ManyThreadsTest fails on AArch64

Extended Description

The following test is stuck on our Juno buildbot:

compiler-rt/lib/asan/tests/default/Asan-aarch64-inline-Test --gtest_filter=AddressSanitizer.ManyThreadsTest

I'm disabling it for now until we can properly investigate it.

Had a look at this one. Test was disabled in 2ab51bf. It doesn't hang on AArch64 for me (Graviton 3) and seems stable, tried 1000 iterations. Ran with:

Although it does seem like this test has been flaky in the past. It was disabled on PowerPC in 467afc5 for same reason and has also been observed on x86: https://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2016-January/094607.html

May still be an issue, but hard to know unless we enable it again to find out.
